新课改倡导合作学习,合作学习要取得最佳效果,需要教师组建公平互补学习小组,明确其成员的责任分工;培养学生良好的合作素质,激发其参与合作的激情;恰当选择合作学习内容,切实保证合作学习时间;评价要过程与结果并重,奖励要整体与个体结合。
The new curriculum reform advocates cooperative learning, and cooperative learning needs to achieve the best results. Teachers need to establish an equitable complementary learning group to clarify the division of responsibilities among their members; cultivate students’ good quality of cooperation and inspire their passion to participate in cooperation; and appropriately choose cooperative learning content. Cooperative learning time is ensured; the evaluation process must be balanced with the results, and the reward must be integrated with the individual.
