立足于我国科技资源共享信息渠道不畅通的背景,在分析市场经济与科技资源的内在联系的基础上,引进“委托-代理”的经济学观点,采用有偿共享的方式,设计出科技资源共享信息中介的服务模型,以解决我国科技共享信息封闭、封锁的问题。
