联系理论研究与实际部门的行动我们可以清楚地看到,SARS危机对中国经济的影响是不容回避的,随着时间的推移,更多部门、更深层次的影响也将逐渐显现。从解决SARS危机所采取的“隔离”这一特殊方式的后果出发,评价经济中的某些部分从整个产业链上脱离出去的代价及连带影响,评价重新回到产业链上的机会与成本,提出合理的政策扶助措施,就构成了本文的基本思路。
We can clearly see that the impact of the SARS crisis on China’s economy can not be evaded. With the passage of time, more departments and deeper impacts will gradually emerge. Starting from the consequence of solving the “isolation” of the SARS crisis, it evaluates the costs and the associated impacts of removing some parts of the economy from the entire industrial chain, assesses opportunities to return to the industrial chain Cost, put forward reasonable policy support measures, constitute the basic idea of this article.
