温热联合化疗、放疗及免疫治疗有协同抗癌作用,并能减轻对正常组织的副作用。本实验选择丝裂霉素C(MMC)及5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)联合温热体外作用于人胃癌细胞株(MGC-803),检测其作用后活癌细胞百分计数、克隆形成率及存活分数,以观察温热联合MMC或5-Fu的细胞毒作用。结果表明:温热联合MMC有协同抗癌作用,且随温度的升高其作用逐渐增强,与单纯加温组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);而温热联合5-Fu无协同抗癌作用,但与单纯加温组比较,在较低温度(37℃)时有显著性差异(P<0.01))。本实验结果为临床应用提供了依据。
Warm combination chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy have synergistic anti-cancer effects and can reduce side effects on normal tissues. In this study, mitomycin C (MMC) and 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) combined with warming were used to treat human gastric cancer cell line (MGC-803) in vitro. The percentage of live cancer cells was counted and cloned after the assay. Formation rate and survival fraction to observe the cytotoxic effect of warm combination of MMC or 5-Fu. The results showed that warming combined with MMC had a synergistic anti-cancer effect, and its effect gradually increased with increasing temperature, and there was a significant difference compared with the simple warming group (P<0.01); while the warm-temperate combined with 5-Fu had no synergistic resistance. Carcinogenesis, but compared with the simple warming group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01) at lower temperature (37°C). The results of this experiment provide the basis for clinical application.
