应用直接免疫金银染色法对41例初发急性白血病患者及27例对照者培养前后白血病细胞进行人类T细胞白血病病毒Ⅰ型(HTLV-Ⅰ)相关抗原测定,并对9例抗原阳性标本进行逆转录酶(RT)活性分析,结果:患者培养前后HTLV-Ⅰ相关抗原阳性检出辜为53.66%(22/41)和82.92%(34/41)(x~2=8.1098,P<0.01);阳性细胞平均百分率为8.45%±1.86%((?)±(?)%)和46.54%±4.53%(t=4.464,P<0.001),均有显著性差异。对照者均阴性。9例HTLV-Ⅰ相关抗原阳性标本RT活性随培养后抗原表达增加而增高(r=0.90,P<0.001)。提示人急性白血病细胞中含有与HTLV-Ⅰ有亲缘关系的逆转录病毒。
Direct immunogold-silver staining was used to detect human T-cell leukemia virus type I (HTLV-I)-associated antigen in 41 cases of primary acute leukemia and 27 controls before and after culture, and 9 antigen-positive specimens were reversed. Recorded enzyme activity analysis showed that HTLV-I-associated antigen detected before and after culture was 53.66% (22/41) and 82.92% (34/41) (x~2=8.1098, P<0.01); The average percentage of positive cells was 8.45%±1.86% ((?)±(?)%) and 46.54%±4.53% (t=4.464, P<0.001), all with significant differences. Controls were negative. RT activity of 9 HTLV-I-associated antigen-positive specimens increased with increasing expression of antigens after culture (r=0.90, P<0.001). This suggests that human acute leukemia cells contain retroviruses that are related to HTLV-I.
