Sperm granulomas are a form of granulomatous inflammatory changes caused by spillage of testicular seminiferous tubules, testis or vas deferens into the surrounding interstitium, with the vast majority occurring in the epididymis. Domestic literature, the author only saw a report of 8 cases (Chinese Journal of Surgical, 11: 997,1963). Our hospital has encountered two cases, the report is as follows.
