随着经济的全球化进一步发展,我国的社会主义市场经济也在不断地进行着变化和发展,但同时也给很多企业也带来很大的竞争压力。相比众多的企业来说,事业单位的竞争压力更大,要想提高事业单位的竞争力,就需要对人力资源管理体系进行相关的改革,本文结合我国事业单位的人力资源管理现状,对人力资源经济管理工具在事业单位中的应用进行分析和研究。
With the further development of economic globalization, the socialist market economy in our country is constantly undergoing changes and developments. However, it also brings a lot of competitive pressure to many enterprises. Compared with a large number of enterprises, public institutions are under greater pressure of competition.
