现代信息技术的飞速发展,把档案工作带入自动化与网络化的新阶段,学校档案是学校集体或个人在教育教学和生产实践中直接形成的、有查考利用价值的各种材料,是一定时期人们教育、教学和社会实践活动的真实反映,这就要利用网络的技术性结合本单位的实际情况来体现档案应有的价值。在这种新的教学方式下,学校档案工作面临着新的挑战,如何加快自身现代化建设步伐,适应远程教育发展的需要,实现远程教育学校档案管理现代化成已为档案工作者的迫切任务。
