南充市顺庆区委着眼21世纪,从跨世纪的大局出发,注重培养和选拔优秀年轻干部,一大批德才兼备的“后生”走上了区乡镇领导岗位。目前,全区区级机关部门和乡镇领导班子中40岁左右的中年干部占领导班子成员数的40.4%,35岁以下的青年干部占36.7%,基本形成了以40岁左右干部为主体,35岁左右干部为骨干的领导群体,为全区跨世纪的建设与发展提供了有力的组织保证。
