为了使探井产出液气液高效分离并准确计量,对探井气液分离计量装置控制系统进行了设计,同时设计了数据远程传输和监测系统,提高了探井计量技术的自动化水平。通过国家级实验室试验测定,采用该控制系统的计量装置油气分离效率达到95.8%。该技术已进行了18井次现场应用,连续运行了140余天,实现了探井油气高效分离和准确计量,为油藏开发方案编制提供了依据。
In order to separate and accurately measure the liquid-gas output of the exploration well, the control system of the gas-liquid separation metering device of the exploration well was designed.
