针对传统主成分法的逆指标化、无量纲化和构建综合指标三方面的问题进行改进,将指标特征值变换为指标相对隶属度、同步解决逆指标和无量纲化问题,改进特征向量方向选取方法,据此构建的综合指标解决了传统主成分分析法可能出现的指标相悖问题,并将其应用于南淝河水质综合评价中,与传统主成分分析法做了比较。结果表明,改进的主成分法计算效率高、水质评价合理。
