发展连铸是我国钢铁工业既定的一项重要技术政策,而以连铸为中心组织炼钢生产又是提高连铸比、增加连铸坯产量、提高经济效益的有力措施。近几年来,我国连铸生产发展迅速,特别是1980年以来发展更快:1984年全国已有20家连铸生产厂,42台连铸机;铸机总生产能力554.5万吨。其中,板坯连铸机16台,铸坯能力245.0万吨;方坯连铸机26台,铸坯能力309.5万吨。历年生产概况见表1。
The development of continuous casting is an established and important technical policy in China’s steel industry. However, organizing steelmaking production centering on continuous casting is a powerful measure to increase the continuous casting ratio, increase the output of continuous casting slabs and increase economic benefits. In recent years, China’s continuous casting production has developed rapidly, especially since 1980, the development is even faster: In 1984, there were 20 continuous casting production plants and 42 continuous casting machines in China. The total casting machine production capacity was 5.545 million tons. Among them, 16 slab caster, slab capacity of 2.45 million tons; billet caster 26, slab capacity 3.095 million tons.
