硫代脯氨酸钠(L—sodium thioproline,简称T)具有治疗心肌梗塞、抗高血压、抗心律失常等作用。本文报告了TS对动物血液粘度,实验性血栓,血小板粘附及凝血时间的影响。方法与结果一、T对家兔血液粘度的影响实验者取体重2.5±0.5kg健康家兔9只,雌雄兼用,用0.9％NS配制1/100的T溶液,按10mg/kg静脉给药,注射前及注射后10分钟,分别采血4.5ml(加125u/ml肝素溶液0.45m1)置于XN—4型血液粘度计(上海第一医学院生物物理研究室修配厂制)
L-sodium thioproline (abbreviated as T) has the effects of treating myocardial infarction, anti-hypertension and anti-arrhythmia. This article reports the effect of TS on blood viscosity, experimental thrombus, platelet adhesion and clotting time in animals. Methods and Results I. Effect of T on Blood Viscosity in Rabbits The experimenter took 9 healthy rabbits weighing 2.5±0.5kg and used it as a male and a female. A 0.9% NS was used to formulate a 1/100 T solution and was administered intravenously at 10 mg/kg. Before the injection and 10 minutes after the injection, blood samples (4.5ml of 125u/ml heparin solution) were collected and placed in the XN-4 blood viscometer (Shanghai Institute of Biophysics Laboratory Repair Factory).
