河南省交通厅原厅长董永安受贿案日前在许昌市中级人民法院开审。16年来,河南省交通厅已有四名交通厅长相继落马。可笑的是,董永安之前落马的三任河南省交通厅长,均有各自的“廉政誓言”。“廉政誓言”都说得蛮动听。早在1997年10月,第一任“落马”厅长曾锦城在出任时,曾以写血书的方式向河南省委表白:“我以一个党员的名义向组织保证,我绝不收人家的一分钱,绝不做对不起组织的一件事……”
