实验给予柔红霉素(DAM),观察脂质过氧化物(LPO)形成,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的经日变化,并就小柴胡汤和大柴胡汤对其的影响进行了探讨。
Experiments were performed with daunorubicin (DAM) to observe the formation of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and the daily changes in superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. And the influence of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and Da Chai Hu Tang on it was discussed.
