为了解决农村人才培养这个战略问题,卫生部联合调查组于八六年三月和四月分别对黑龙江省绥化市(县级)、穆棱县和宁安县,江苏省响水县、和常熟市(县级)南通县(以下简称二省六县)进行了为期一个多月的调查。这次调查采取典型抽样的办法,根据经济发展情况选好,中,差各二个县(市),重点了解农村卫生技术队伍现状、为农村培养人才的措施和存在的问题。
In order to solve the strategic problem of rural personnel training, the Ministry of Health and the Joint Investigation Team conducted the surveys in Suihua City (County), Muling County and Ning County in Heilongjiang Province, Xiangshui County, and Changshu City in Jiangsu Province in March and April of 1986 respectively. (County-level) Nantong County (hereinafter referred to as two provinces and six counties) conducted a one-month investigation. This survey adopts a typical sampling method, selects two counties (cities) according to the economic development situation, focuses on the status quo of rural health technology teams, measures for the cultivation of talents in rural areas and existing problems.
