新型神经信使NO是近年来神经科学及相关学科研究的特点，NO在精神疾病发病中的作用机制的研究目前刚刚开始，以期在精神疾病病因学研究方面寻找到新的突破口。本文综述了近年来NO的生物物理学研究方法和组织化学研究方法。
NO is a new neuronal messenger NO in recent years, neuroscience and related disciplines research characteristics of NO in the pathogenesis of mental illness research has just begun, with a view to the etiology of mental illness to find a new breakthrough.
