作为人类灵魂的工程师,我们的工作不只是教书,更在于育人。著名的大思想家,大教育家孔子早有名言“弟子入则孝,出则悌,谨而信,泛爱众,而亲仁。行有馀力,则以学文。”他认为,在“行有馀力”后,才开始学习文化。可见,德育首当其冲。然而从现实情况看,道德知识与道德行为的脱节是困扰学校德育的一大难题。造成道德知行脱节的主要原因是在道德教育中只重视理论知识传授,轻视非认知系统的培养,忽视学生在道德学习中的自主性,导致学生的认知
