新课改为初中数学课堂教学带来了新的生机,但对于“有效课堂”的理解则不尽相同,可谓百家争鸣。笔者认为,教学的目的是要促进学生的发展,因此,有效的课堂必须是发展的课堂;同时,时代变了,教学理念也随之改变了,那么,有效课堂就应该是适应时代发展的课堂;在课堂教学中,师生是相互交流的过程,交流互动中把握问题的有效性也是有效课堂所不可获取的内容。文章就结合初中课堂教学实践,结合上述三方面的内容进行简单论述。一、有效课堂应该是促进学生发展的课堂初中数学新课程标准中明确指出,
