我们根据部地方煤炭工业经济技术研究会的布置,先后对河北邯邢地区磨窝、焦窖、申家庄、成安、临漳、半个山等小型煤矿,就生产、经营、管理、政策落实等问题作了一些调查。其中对邢台地区磨窝煤矿现场调查了两次。这一批小型矿井,都是在1969年前后建设、1973年前后投产的。十五年来,有的矿经过技术改造,各个生产系统逐步完善,管理工作也纳入正规。磨窝矿发展的路子比较典型,有代表性。通过对这个矿的调查,探讨河北省地方煤矿小型矿井今后的开发方向,有一定现实意义。

Through the investigation of this mine, it is of practical significance to explore the future development direction of the small-scale local coal mine in Hebei Province.
