以烟台黑猪为母本,选用杜洛克、汉普夏、长白、大约克组配四个二元杂交组合:大约克×烟台黑、杜洛克×烟台黑、汉普夏×烟台黑、长白×烟台黑,二个三元杂交组合:杜洛克×大约烟、汉普夏×大约烟,并以烟台黑猪为对照组,进行旨在提高瘦肉率为主要目标的试验研究。结果表明:二元杂交可提高瘦肉率3—4%,三元杂交可提高瘦肉率10%。本文对提高瘦肉率的有关杂交组合的一些问题进行了讨论。
Yantai black pig as the female parent, the selection Duroc, Hampshire, Changbai, York group with four binary combinations: York × Yantai black, Duroc × Yantai black, Hampshire × Yantai black, Changbai × Yantai black, two ternary hybrid combinations: Duroc × about smoke, Hampshire × about smoke, and Yantai black pig as the control group, to improve the lean rate as the main objective of the pilot study. The results showed that the binary hybridization could increase the lean meat percentage by 3-4% and the three-way hybrid could increase the lean meat percentage by 10%. This article discusses some of the issues with hybrid combinations that increase lean percentage.
