回顾2012年.在监管机构放松管制.鼓励创新政策的引导下.我国的基金行业在这一年中取得了多个突破,基金新产品不断推出.投资范围也在不断拓展.产品审批效率更加高效.基金发行规模创新高.基金法修订已经完成。在各方的大力支持下.过去一年上交所从四方面加大了基金市场建设力度并取得了一定进展。一是加快了创新步伐,场内基金产品日益多元化。去年首只跨市场ETF和跨境ETF在上交所成功上市.今年上交所又陆续推出了场内申赎型货基.场内交易型货基及国内首只债券ETF。二是大力推进基金产品开发授权及运作的透明化和市场化。去年上交所正式发布了
