用琥珀酸脱氢酶染色法耳蜗软铺片和电子计算机图像分析技术测量了豚鼠耳蜗基底膜的长度钩回为2.72±0.56mm,第一回7.67±0.53mm,第二回4.97±0.40mm,第三回3.74±0.52mm,第四回2.91±0.40mm。耳蜗基底膜的平均总长度22.04±0.93mm。内毛细胞总数为2228个,外毛细胞为7668个。毛细胞的数目和耳蜗基底膜长度之间存在着线性关系。毛细胞的分布规律是耳蜗内外毛细胞各回的数目由钩回到第二回逐渐增加,而由第二回到第四回逐渐减少。对毛细胞自然缺失率由钩回到第四回分别为0.45%、0.26%、0.40%、0.50%、1.86%,内毛细胞自然缺失比较少见。
The length of cochlear basilar membrane of guinea pigs was measured as 2.72 ± 0.56mm, 7.67 ± 0.53mm for the first time and 4.97 ± 0.40mm for the second time by succinate dehydrogenase staining method and computer image analysis technique. The third 3.74 ± 0.52mm, the second 4.91 ± 0.40mm. The average total length of cochlear basal membrane was 22.04 ± 0.93 mm. The total number of inner hair cells was 2228 and the number of outer hair cells was 7668. There is a linear relationship between the number of hair cells and the length of the basement membrane of the cochlea. The distribution of hair cells is the number of each round of hair cells inside and outside the cochlea by hook back to the second back gradually increased from the second back to the fourth back gradually decreased. The natural loss rate of hair cells from the hook back to the fourth back were 0.45%, 0.26%, 0.40%, 0.50%, 1.86%, the natural loss of hair cells is relatively rare.
