细胞因子(CKs)主要是由外周免疫细胞合成的,而中枢神经系统(CNS)一直被认为是受血脑屏障(BBB)保护的“免疫特免器官”。近几十年随着神经免疫学研究的深入,人们逐渐认识到CNS的“免疫特免性”是相对的,脑内有许多与机体免疫系统关系密切的脑区。在神经损伤或感染情况下,外周免疫细胞可进入CNS,激活神经胶质细胞分泌CKs,参于神经元的修复、变性、免疫反应。CNS内CKs不仅在正常的生理调控过程中起重要作用,而且参于许多CNS疾病的病理反应。本文就此综述如下:
Cytokines (CKs) are mainly synthesized by peripheral immune cells, while the central nervous system (CNS) has long been considered as an “immune-immune organ” protected by the blood-brain barrier (BBB). In recent decades, with the deepening of neuroimmunology research, people gradually come to realize that CNS “immunodeficiency” is relative. There are many brain regions in the brain that are closely related to the body’s immune system. In the case of nerve injury or infection, peripheral immune cells can enter the CNS, activate glial cells to secrete CKs, participate in neuronal repair, degeneration, immune response. CKs in the CNS not only play an important role in the normal physiological regulation but also in the pathological response of many CNS diseases. This article is summarized as follows:
