窘境是我们大家都体验过的一种令人不快的状态。在日常交往中,我们有时会因为他人有意无意地取笑而难堪,也有时会因别人措辞强烈的指责而感到不自在,我们有时为自己的过失而不安——即使别人不加批评而在陌生的场合或突然而至的情境中感到无所适从。在某种情况下,别人使我们陷入窘境,而在另外的情形下,我们也会给别人设置窘境。总之,窘境是人际交往中普遍存在的现象。秘书工作要和上下内外形形色色的人打交道,经常面临彼此各异的互动情境。只有良好的沟通艺术和交流技巧才能帮助秘书人员胜任这一复杂角色。探讨交往中窘境的辨识、避免、处理与操纵,对于促进秘书活动的协调与合谐具有实际意义。
The dilemma is an unpleasant state that we have all experienced. We sometimes find ourselves embarrassed by the teasing of others inadvertently and unintentionally, and we sometimes feel uncomfortable with other people’s strong accusations. Sometimes we feel uneasy about our own mistakes - even if others are unfamiliar Occasionally or suddenly in a situation feel confused.
