当今社会农村教师的信息技术继续教育仍是一个难题,面临素质教育全面推进,教师的师德师貌、知识水平、潜力挖掘都是直接影响下一代青少年学生发展的因素。就农村中青年教师在工学矛盾、思想领悟、机制不健全的情况下如何进行教师信息技术继续教育培训存在问题作了简略分析,并提出一些解决对策,以做参考交流。
Continuing education of rural teachers in information technology is still a difficult problem in today’s society. Facing the comprehensive promotion of quality education, teachers’ morality, knowledge and potential mining all directly influence the development of the next generation of teenagers. Based on the contradiction between work and study, ideological comprehension and unsound mechanisms, the problem of how to carry out teacher education in continuing education in rural middle-aged and young teachers is briefly analyzed and some countermeasures are put forward for reference.
