化学法生产六元醇的关键技术在于加氢工艺,而加氢催化剂的选择是加氢工艺的核心,甚至可以说,化学法生产糖醇物质的发展历史就是一部加氢催化剂的发展史。由于加氢催化剂在短时间内的飞速发展,使得糖醇制造业无论在工艺上还是在质量上都得到了快速的提升。通过实验,测试三种不同的的Ni型催化剂在异构葡萄糖加氢反应中的活性,同时在相同的工艺条件下进行加氢结果对比,选择最适宜的催化剂,从而使六元醇的生产在成本、时间、效率上得到最佳的效果。
