能源是实现四个现代化、提高人民生活水平的重要物质基础之一。整个国民经济发展的快慢,很大程度上要看能源问题解决得如何而定。近年来,随着国民经济的增长,我国能源生产和需要之间的差距越来越大。据了解,我国今明两年的工业生产仍按一定的速度增长,而石油、煤炭产量和电力供应却不会有大的增长,因此能源问题就显得更尖锐更紧迫了。为了解决这一问题,能源的节约和合理使用,已是当务之急,应引起有关单位的重视。现将机械工厂热能的综合利用、节约措施等情况及今后发展趋向,简述如下。
Energy is one of the important material foundations for realizing the four modernizations and improving people’s living standards. The speed of development of the entire national economy depends largely on how well the energy issue is resolved. In recent years, with the growth of the national economy, the gap between China’s energy production and needs has grown. It is understood that China’s industrial production will continue to increase at a certain rate during the next two years, while oil, coal production, and electricity supply will not have significant growth, and therefore the energy issue will become more acute and urgent. In order to solve this problem, energy conservation and rational use are already urgent issues and should be brought to the attention of relevant organizations. The comprehensive utilization of thermal energy in machinery factories, conservation measures, and other development trends are briefly described below.
