一、引言双手胸前投篮是比赛中常用的投篮技术之一,一般女运动员较多地采用这种投篮技术。由于双手胸前投篮力量大,因此,又很适合于中、远距离的投篮。根据国际篮联的规定,从1985年开始洲际和世界性比赛以及我国的重大比赛都将采用新规则,即在三分线外投篮命中得分由原来的得二分增加为得三分。这一改变对发展运动员远距离投篮的技术,将起积极作用。也将促使更多的女运动员尽快地掌握双手胸前投篮技术,以
