Freedom EVO Clinical(简称EVO)全自动加样器,由于采用一次性塑料加样针,加样原理是液体置换原理,只是液体不进入加样针内,这样既可避免做免疫检测时拖带污染及稀释作用,又可作为核酸的样品汇集使用,作者又将其参数进行优化用作血型定型,拓宽了该仪器的使用功能,尤其是EVO最新版本和RSP软件版本一样,编程简单易学。但由于一次性1000μl加样针头比钢针粗,在吸取10μl以下加样量时没有钢针精确,鉴于此需要重新对EVO做血型进行参数优化。
