由于气缸盖的结构极为复杂,在进行三维有限元计算时,不但网格划分和数据准备的工作量十分繁重,而且要求计算机有较大的容量。若对网格划分和数据准备作过大的简化,则势必会降低计算的准确性。 本文提出一种柴油机气缸盖温度场三维有限元计算模型——取气缸盖火焰面底板为计算对象,对其实际结构基本不作简化。不仅计算精度高,而且网格划分和数据准备容易。文中较详细地提供了火焰面及其全部边界条件,并对12V150柴油机缸盖进行了实机计算研究,与已有数据对比,其结果令人满意。
Due to the complicated structure of the cylinder head, not only the workload of meshing and data preparation is very heavy during the three-dimensional finite element calculation, but also the computer has a large capacity. If the meshing and data preparation is too simplistic, it will inevitably reduce the accuracy of the calculation. This paper presents a three-dimensional finite element model of diesel engine cylinder head temperature field - taking the flame floor of the cylinder head as the calculation object, its basic structure is not simplified. Not only the calculation accuracy is high, but also the meshing and data preparation are easy. In this paper, the flame surface and all the boundary conditions are provided in detail, and the real machine calculation of 12V150 diesel engine cylinder head is carried out. Compared with the existing data, the result is satisfactory.
