宝钢自备电厂两台350MW机组配套的锅炉自投运以来做过多次燃烧调整试验,燃烧器的风量一直采用日方规定的均等配风方式。在这次再热器超温爆管的分析中,厂方希望通过燃烧调整来改善二级再热器受热面管子超温状况,为此进行了不同配风方式的试验研究。结果表明,非均等配风能改善再热器受热面管子的温度状况,电厂已根据试验结果,对风门挡板的控制系统进行了改进。本文介绍了不同配风方式对锅炉运行性能的影响。
The boilers equipped with two 350MW units of Baosteel-owned power plant have been subjected to many combustion adjustment tests since commissioning. The air volume of the burners has been maintained with the equal air distribution mode stipulated by Japan. In this reheater super-temperature burst pipe analysis, the factory hopes to improve the second-stage reheater heating surface pipe over-temperature adjustment by combustion adjustment, for which a different study of the distribution of wind. The results show that the non-uniform distribution of wind can improve the temperature of the reheater heating surface tube. The power plant has improved the control system of the damper according to the test results. This article describes the different distribution of wind on the boiler performance.
