【总评】2009年5月,国内粮油市场走势平稳,粮食品种小幅波动,油脂油料品种强势上涨。在新麦上市在即和面粉需求平淡等因素影响下,小麦市场交投清淡,最低收购价小麦拍卖总体保持了较低的成交率;本月,稻米价格受各种因素影响,东北粳稻米价格再次稳中走高,南方稻米因供需基本持平,价格依然以稳为主,局部因大米需求清淡,价格稍有下跌;本月国内大豆市场价格在国家收储政策持续加强与国际市场大幅上涨的共同作用下大幅冲高;豆油、菜籽油和棕榈油也受外围市场影响,本月继续出现上涨走势。
