根据建设部标准规范修订规划要求修订的《钢筋砼高层建筑结构设计与施工规程》(送审稿)已编制完毕。由建筑工程标准研究中心于1988年9月22日至24日在武汉市组织召开了审查会议。审查委员会的成员由来自有关部委、省市的设计、施工单位以及高等学校的24名专家组成。《高层规程》的修订工作是1985开始的,历时三年,三易其稿。规程修订的主要内容有: (1)根据新修订的有关规范,修订了规程中竖向荷载、风荷载、抗震设计和配筋构造的规定; (2)增加了筒体结构和地基基础的内容; (3)根据近年来国内设计、施工经验
The “Design and Construction Regulations for Reinforced Concrete Tall Building Structures” (draft for approval) revised according to the revised planning requirements of the Ministry of Construction has been compiled. A review meeting was organized by the Construction Engineering Standards Research Center from September 22 to 24, 1988 in Wuhan. The members of the review committee consist of 24 experts from design, construction units and higher education institutions of relevant ministries and commissions, provinces and cities. The revision of the “High Level Regulations” began in 1985 and lasted for three years.
