随着教育国际化不断地发展,高职院校对于国际交流合作方面不断深入与扩展,聘请外籍教师参与高职院校的科研与教学工作已成为普遍现象。如何对高职院校外籍教师进行科学有效地管理,调动外籍教师工作积极性,提高外籍教师教学效率,提升外籍教师聘用价值,是本文即将阐述的内容。
With the continuous development of internationalization of education, higher vocational colleges have been deepening and expanding international exchanges and cooperation. Inviting foreign teachers to participate in scientific research and teaching in higher vocational colleges has become a common phenomenon. How to manage the foreign teachers in higher vocational colleges scientifically and effectively, to arouse the enthusiasm of foreign teachers, to improve the teaching efficiency of foreign teachers and to increase the employment value of foreign teachers is the content to be elaborated in this article.
