现阶段激励原理被广泛应用于各项事务及人管理中,而且大都取得了一定的效果。高职院校学生具有其自身群体特性,因此应当灵活运用激励原理,提高对高职学生的管理水平。笔者通过分析我国高职院校的学生特点,从激励的角度,有针对性地提出了促进高职学生管理水平提高的可行性途径,具有一定的实践意义。
At this stage motivation principle is widely used in various affairs and people management, and most have achieved some results. Vocational college students have their own group characteristics, so should be flexible use of incentives to improve the management of vocational students. By analyzing the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, the author puts forward some feasible ways to improve the management level of higher vocational students from the point of view of motivation, which has some practical significance.
