随着社会的不断发展,人们越加的重视绿色建筑以及可再生能源的有效应用。但是由于缺乏一个有效的管理模式,导致了绿色建筑发展的过程中还是存在一些管理上的问题。因此针对这种状况必须采取有效对策,项目管理则是一种有效的管理模式,能够促进绿色建筑的发展以及进步。本文主要是对项目管理在绿色建筑发展中的有效应用进行了研究,提出了建议。
With the continuous development of society, people pay more attention to the green building and the effective application of renewable energy. However, due to the lack of an effective management mode, there are still some management problems in the process of green building development. Therefore, we must take effective countermeasures to this situation, and project management is an effective management mode to promote the development and progress of green buildings. This paper mainly studies the effective application of project management in the development of green building and puts forward some suggestions.
