为推动医院信息化建设,改善医院放射科的管理和医疗质量,提高PACS/RIS在放射科管理中发挥的作用,吉林大学第一医院于4月28日举办了“医疗信息化和放射科管理研讨会”。本次研讨会就PACS技术发展,PACS与HIS的整合,PACS/RIS的规划、实施和升级过程中应注意的问题,如何充分发挥PACS的作用服务临床诊断,以及新医改的环境下区域影像中心的发展趋势等议题进行了专题报告和学术交流。中华医学会副会长、医学影像专家戴建平教授,做了《以深化医改为动力,促进医学影像和信息化建设跨越式发展》的报告。首都医科大学宣武医院放射科主任、中华医学会放射科学分会副主任委员李坤成教授做了《现代放射科的发展与管理实践》的主题演讲。吉大一院院长王冠军说:多年前放射科仅仅被当作临床科室之下的医技科室,随着技术的飞速发展,近年来放射科已经成为每个医院的最重要的科室之一。吉大一院非常重视放射科的发展,特指派华树成副院长到放射科主持工作,不仅推进了放射科的建设,也推进了整个医院的信息化建设和管理。

Professor Li Kuncheng, director of radiology at Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University and vice chairman of Radiation Science Branch of Chinese Medical Association made a keynote speech on “the development and management practice of modern radiology.” Wang Guanjun, dean of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chittagong University said: Radiologists just years ago were regarded as medical departments under clinical departments. With the rapid development of technology, radiology has become one of the most important departments in every hospital in recent years. Ji Yida first hospital attaches great importance to the development of radiology, especially assigned to vice president Hua Shusheng to radiology chair, not only to promote the construction of radiology, but also promote the hospital’s information construction and management.
