本文为了探讨不同果树树种品种抗寒力的生理指标,作为予测杂种实生苗早期鉴定的方法,采用了电导法及枝条持水力的测定。电导法测定要注意消除取样误差,应力求取样和处理的一致性。在降温处理的情况下,电导度随之变化。为消除基值误差,利用直线回归计算b值表明抗寒力强弱较为可靠。枝条含水量多少对抗逆力无明显影响,而第一周期的失水%却有密切关系。枝条失水至枝条重量的30%左右,将失去萌芽力。
In order to study the physiological indexes of cold hardiness of different fruit tree species, as the method of early identification of hybrid seedlings, conductance method and determination of water holding capacity were adopted. Conductance method should pay attention to eliminate sampling errors, should strive to sample and processing consistency. In the case of cooling treatment, the conductivity changes accordingly. To eliminate the base error, the use of linear regression b value shows that the cold hardiness is more reliable. The number of branches of water has no significant effect on the anti-stress, while the first cycle of water loss is closely related. Branches lose water to about 30% of the weight of the branches, will lose the budding force.
