本试验是研究不同成熟期的四个桃品种(小玉、小暑、五云、玉露)的果实和种胚的发育,结果指出:果实发育可分为三个时期:即一、快速增长期;二、缓慢增长期;三、快速增长期。各品种在前后两期增长速度相似,时期长短也接近。但在第二期经历日数显著不同,早熟种短,晚熟种长,与成熟期成正比。在盛花期后经约60日,即第二期开始时,种胚出现,核层定形。再经约30日,种胚充分长大,核层趋于硬化。早熟种的种胚发育充实时期短,干物质含量低,晚熟种则与此相反。种胚内干物质含量的高低与种子发芽率呈正相关。
The experiment was to study the fruit and embryo development of four peach cultivars (Xiaoyu, Xiazhu, Wuyun and Yulu) at different maturity stages. The results showed that fruit development could be divided into three periods: one is the rapid growth period; , Slow growth period; three, rapid growth period. The growth rate of each breed in two periods is similar, the length of time is also close. However, the number of days experienced in the second period was significantly different, with short varieties of early maturity and long lines of late maturity, which were directly proportional to maturity. After about 60 days after the flowering period, ie, the beginning of the second phase, the embryo appears and the nucleation layer is set. After about 30 days, the embryo grows fully and the nucleus tends to harden. Early maturity of seed embryo development period of enrichment is short, low dry matter content, late-maturing species are the opposite. The content of dry matter in seed embryos was positively correlated with the seed germination rate.
