Plot SummaryrnIn 1974, the French street juggler and equilibrist Philippe Petit decided to cross the towers of the World Trade Center walking on a tightrope. With the help of his mentor—Papa Rudy, he traveled from France to the USA with his girlfriend Annie and their friends and photographer Jean-Louis. They teamed-up with a small group of residents and plotted a scheme to take their equipment to the roof of the building. They had to do it before the buildings offi?cially opened. Finally, Philippe began his walk.
