本文报道患者红细胞经20、30、33、36和40%聚蔗糖液密度梯度低温旋离,可得三层细胞;上层(30～33%聚蔗糖界面层)口形细胞25±;中层(33～36%界面)口形细胞8%;下层(36%界面下)口形细胞少。中、下层细胞的膜制剂膜蛋白SPS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶凝泳图谱与正常人相似,而口形细胞集中的上层膜制剂电泳结果显示带2.1锚蛋白明显比中下层和正常人的少。膜制剂Na~+-K~+-ATP酶和Ca~(2+)-ATP酶活力,患者上层高于中、下层,也高于正常人上、中、下层。
In this paper, three layers of cells were obtained by low temperature spinach of 20, 30, 33, 36 and 40% sucrose liquid density gradient. The number of oral cells in the upper layer (30 ~ 33% 36% interface) Oral cells 8%; the lower (36% interface) Oral cells less.
