本文报告对51例原发性高血压患者测定其HDL,T—ch及血尿酸水平,并以51例正常血压者对照。可见男性患者HDL及HDL/T—ch比值低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL水平高于西方人。伴高尿酸血症者,HDL及HDL/T—ch比值明显低于血尿酸正常者(P<0.05)。提示在高血压形成中:高尿酸血症、高脂血症和HDL/T—ch比值降低三者可能有某种相互关系,而均可引起血管性损害。
This article reports the determination of HDL, T-ch and uric acid levels in 51 patients with essential hypertension and 51 normal blood pressure control. Visible male patients with HDL and HDL / T-ch ratio was lower than the control group (P <0.05), HDL levels higher than Westerners. With hyperuricemia, HDL and HDL / T-ch ratio was significantly lower than those with normal serum uric acid (P <0.05). Tip Hypertension: hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia and HDL / T-ch ratio decreased three may have some kind of correlation, but can cause vascular damage.
