目的探讨施行角膜板层切除术治疗大泡性角膜病变的临床效果。方法对１７例（１８眼）大泡性角膜病变患者施行７～９ｍｍ、深达前１／３角膜基质层的角膜板层切除术。结果所治病例角膜斑翳形成，眼痛、异物感症状消退，视力有不同程度改善。随访１１例３个月～６年，临床疗效稳定。结论角膜板层切除术为治疗大泡性角膜病变的有效方法，适用于没有条件接受穿透角膜移植手术的病例。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of corneal lamellar resection for bullous keratopathy. Methods 17 cases (18 eyes) of bullous keratopathy patients underwent corneal lamellar resection of 7 ~ 9 mm deep and the first 1/3 corneal stroma. Results of the treatment of corneal canthal formation, eye pain, foreign body sensation subsided, visual acuity improved to varying degrees. Follow-up 11 cases 3 months to 6 years, the clinical efficacy and stability. Conclusions Corneal lamellar resection is an effective method for the treatment of bullous keratopathy. It is suitable for the case of penetrating keratoplasty without condition.
