今年是实施“十一五”规划的开局之年。本期《特别策划》栏目特组编了一组文章,回顾今年的发展情况,展望明年的发展形势,以期对各地把握大局、正确决策,有所帮助。希望各地全面贯彻落实党的十六届六中全会精神,坚持科学发展与和谐发展,开拓进取,扎实工作,努力做好2007年的各项工作。
This year is the first year of implementation of the 11th Five-Year Plan. The special section of this special issue organized a group of special groups to review the development of this year and look forward to the development of next year with a view to helping the overall situation and the correct decision-making in various places. We hope that all localities will comprehensively implement the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, persist in scientific development and harmonious development, forge ahead and make solid progress and work hard to make every effort in 2007.
