柿果是我国栽培的大宗果品,其中涩柿品种分布最为广泛。涩柿采后很难鲜贮,特别是脱涩后,软化衰老速度加快,褐变发生,货架期很缺。为此,河北农业大学食品科学系张子德等研究成功了柿果采后脱涩保鲜保脆新技术——动态脱涩。
Persimmon is a large fruit cultivated in China, of which astringent persimmon varieties are the most widely distributed.
