高职毕业生择业直接关系着高职院校的发展和市场经济体制的正常运行,所以在大学期间一定要帮助毕业生解决各种心理问题,树立正确的择业观。本文首先分析了现阶段高职毕业生在择业过程中存在的心理问题;接着从自信心理、自卑心理以及学校和家庭四个方面提出解决高职毕业生心理问题的对策;最后客观地对全文进行总结,具有一定意义。
The employment of higher vocational graduates is directly related to the development of higher vocational colleges and the normal operation of the market economy system. Therefore, graduates must help them solve various psychological problems and establish a correct concept of career choices during their college years. This article first analyzes the psychological problems existing in the job hunting process of the vocational college graduates at the present stage. Then it puts forward some countermeasures to solve the psychological problems of the graduates in higher vocational schools from four aspects: self-confidence, inferiority, school and family. Finally, To sum up, it has some significance.
