目的:从 NO 角度探讨四逆汤扩张冠脉、改善心肌供血的作用机制。方法:将 SD 大鼠随机分为正常对照组、缺血组和四逆汤组,采用 Langendorff 心脏灌流模型,检测心肌和冠脉流出液 NO 浓度、心肌和冠脉 NOS 含量和活性以及 NOS 基因的表达。结果:缺血组心肌和冠脉流出液 NO 浓度、心房和心室 NOS 阳性神经元个数和 NOS 活性以及心肌和冠脉 NOS 基因表达均比正常对照组减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),而四逆汤组可使上述各项指标得到明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:四逆汤促进内源性 NO 合成和释放是其扩张冠脉、抗心肌缺血的作用机制之一。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Sini Decoction in dilating coronary artery and improving myocardial blood supply from the perspective of NO.
