作为以“增强居民购房支付能力”为目的住房公积金制度是一项重要的社会保障制度,但在实际运行中并不那么尽人意,还存在办理公积金贷款手续繁琐、公积金贷款数额有限、相关部门未切实履职、外部监管缺失等诸多问题。本案“小余的无助”只是当前我国住房公积金问题中的冰山一角。如何解决当前住房公积金中的诸多问题,完善住房公积金制度是立法者应思考的一个问题,因为这关乎广大民众的福祉。——栏目主持:潘荷花
