党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。学生党支部是高校党的最基层组织,是党联系广大青年学生的桥梁和纽带,是学院思想政治工作的重要力量。加强和改进高校学生党支部建设与创新工作,是实践“三个代表”重要思想,落实科学发展观,保持共产党员的先进性,构建和谐社会,实现全面建设小康社会目标的重要举措。
The grass-roots party organizations are the basis for the entire party’s work and combat effectiveness. The student party branch is the grassroots organization of the party in colleges and universities and is the bridge and link between the party and the vast majority of young students. It is also an important force in the ideological and political work of the college. To strengthen and improve the construction and innovation work of student party branches in colleges and universities is an important measure for putting into practice the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’, implementing the scientific concept of development, maintaining the advanced nature of party members, building a harmonious society and realizing the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.
